2. If a tax invoice was not initially requested, customers may request it retroactively within 5 business days from the purchase date.

– For companies: Por.Por.20 form (Tax registration document)

✏️ Editing Tax Invoice Information

1. If name or address on the tax invoice is incorrect, changes can be requested within 90 days from the order date.
2. Tax ID numbers cannot be edited under any circumstances, whether individual or corporate.
3. Changes to the invoice type (e.g., from individual to company or vice versa) are not allowed.
